Placement Cell of Adv. M.N. Deshmukh Arts, Science and Commerce College Rajur aims to bridge the gap between campus and corporate. This cell plays an important role in finding various job opportunities for graduates and post graduates from college. The placement cell acts as a bridge between the industry and the students. This department works throughout the year for placement of students. The Placement Cell assures the various companies visiting the college of full support by providing infrastructural facilities at every stage of the placement process. Relevant details about students are shared with these visiting companies for further recruitment process. Once the students are shortlisted by the companies, they further undergo on-campus tests and/or interviews. The placement cell facilitates the selection process of all the companies as per their requirements and provides assistance at every stage of the recruitment process. Objectives • To provide placement process awareness to first year students. • To train the students to develop skills to meet the industries recruitment process • To provide recruitment opportunities to students. • To maintain good relations with the recruiters. • To facilitate the placement process • To build the bridge between industry and academia. • To act as a link between students, alumni and the employment community. • To assist the students in the final placement process in reputed companies through on-campus and off-campus drives.
